Grundriss

Die Wohnfläche des Ferienhauses beträgt ca. 97qm. Dazu kommt eine überdachte Veranda. Das Grundstück ist ca. 2.000 qm groß. Die nächsten Nachbarn sind in Sichtweite, grenzen aber nicht direkt an. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist mäßig befahren. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, Kinder müssen beaufsichtigt werden!

Ausstattung:
Schlafzimmer 1: Doppelbett mit zwei Matratzen je 90 cm.
Schlafzimmer 2: Französisches Bett mit einer Matratze 140 cm.
Schlafzimmer 3: Einzelbett mit einer Matratze 80cm.
